Thanks for visting my page.  First allow me to tell you a little about myself.  My name is Phillip Gillet, Jr.  I am a first-year law student at California Western School of Law and have developed this site as a source of information for those with an interest in the law.  It will be of significant interest to both attorneys and law students.  There should be a vast arrary of links to case law and federal and state statutes. 

Online information will likely never replace the commercial services like WestLaw and Lexis-Nexis.   However, you should be able to define your research using these tools and decrease your  Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis bill.  My particular interest is in taxation, contract and tort law.  My busy schedule at law school will make this site's development lag a bit.  So, have a little patience and you should see one of the best legal resources on the net.   It will be developed over the next few months so check back frequently.

legal law and the attorney and emanuel and law school and the San Diego California the free outlines students accounting court supreme court and municipal court. the law is a very legal thing.  People violating the law are criminal and are subject to criminal law.   The penal code is part of the law and is very important to the United State's legal system.  California Western School of Law is the law school I attend in San Diego, California.  The law school was founded in 1924.  The law uses many latin terms such as jus lex.  The legal profession has said this means just law.   Constitutional law is a very difficult course at most law schools.  At California Western School of Law it is not required until the second year of law school.    It is a required course in order to get a Juris Doctor degree or as it is commonly know a law degree.  In order to get a law degree you must stiudy criminal, civil procedure and often emanuels or other commericial outlines are quite helpful in acheiving this goal.  The classes at California Western School of Law are graded on a curve.  Only the top 10-15& of the law students in their respective law classes get grades of 85 or higher.  If a student does not have an average of atleast 74, they risk get kicked out of law school.  It is nearly impossible to be an attorney if you get kicked out of law school.  You cannot be a lawyer if this happens.  You must pass the bar examination to get a license to practise law.  In England only Barristers can go to court.  Attorneys or lawyers are merely tranactional and are not litigators.
